What is Affirmative Action?

Affirmative Action is a support program for people who work in art and culture in Latin America by granting scholarships that cover part of the costs of participating in activities organized by the initiatives that are members of the program.

The program is financed by forming a collaborative budget fund that uses part of the participation fees that finance each activity.

This Fund is used to cover individual scholarships of up to 50% for people who identify themselves within the LGTBQIA+ community, people who are black, Afro-descendant, indigenous, neurodivergent, or who are in an adverse economic situation.
